Ingredients

  • 1 bowl clean and wash basmati rice


  • 3 chopped dry red chili


  • 3tbs lemon juice


  • 1tbs mustard oil


  • 1tbs chna dal


  • 1tbs urd dal ( lentils)


  • 2 slit green chilli


  • 20 fresh curry leaves


  • 1chopped medium size onion


  • 3/4 tbs asofodiya


  • 3tbs cooking oil

Directions

  • Now in a cooker add rice as required water now closed the lid and pressure cook up to 1 whistles now switch off the flame then let's cool it then remove the bowl and rest for 30 minutes in refrigerator now heat the wok with oil then add chna dal ,urad dal stir it few minutes now add mustard seeds crinkle it then add asofodiya ,red chili, green chili, fresh curry leaves stir it properly then add chopped onion satue it becomes nice pink colour then add cooked rice, turmeric powder, rosted nut ,salt to taste mix it properly on medium flame now last adding lemon juice mix it well now reduce the flame now it's ready to serve it mix sald or curd rayta
