Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 100 gms mushroom


  • 1 onion, sliced


  • 2-3 garlic clove, chopped


  • 1.5 tbsp wheat flour


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1 tsp parsley


  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste


  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley to garnish


  • 4 bread slice


  • 1 tsp oil/ghee

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, saute it till they are translucent.
  • Next add garlic and saute until it's slightly cooked.
  • Now add wheat flour and roast the flour a bit.
  • Gradually add milk to the pan and mix well.
  • Next add mushrooms, black pepper, salt and parsley. Stir and combine for a min.
  • Toast the bread slice and using spoon spread the mushroom mixture on all the breads evenly.
  • Garnish with some more parsley and serve hot.
