Mushroom Open Toast
Mushrooms are everyone's favourite. It is delicious as a fried topping or as a main ingredient to a dish. Try it out!

Ingredients

100 gms mushroom
1 onion, sliced
2-3 garlic clove, chopped
1.5 tbsp wheat flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1 tbsp Fresh parsley to garnish
4 bread slice
1 tsp oil/ghee
Directions
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, saute it till they are translucent.
Next add garlic and saute until it's slightly cooked.
Now add wheat flour and roast the flour a bit.
Gradually add milk to the pan and mix well.
Next add mushrooms, black pepper, salt and parsley. Stir and combine for a min.
Toast the bread slice and using spoon spread the mushroom mixture on all the breads evenly.
Garnish with some more parsley and serve hot.
