2 big size potato peeled and even long finger cute
1 cup Oil
2 tbsp corn flour
1 cup ice water
2 tbsp peri peri powder
Firstly add potato slice in to ice water for 5 to 6 minutes.
Drain water from potato and cover with kitchen napkin and dry the potato.
Take all fries in a bowl and add Corn flour mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Once oil heat add fries and fry till crispy and light golden.
Serve with sprinkling peri peri powder.
