In a one mixing bowl add veggies , all purpose flour , corn flour , salt and black paper powder.
Mix well and add 3 to 4 tbsp water.
Heat 1 cup Oil in a pan.
Add veggies in a hot oil.
Fry till turns crispy.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in another pan and add ginger garlic paste , green chili paste.
Add onion and capsicum and mix well.
Add soya sauce , sezwan sauce and vinegar.
Add fry veggies and cook for 4 to 4 minutes on full flame.
Serve hot with green onions.
