Into a bowl, add chia seeds, maple syrup, Vanilla extract followed by coconut milk.
Stir well untill everything combines evenly.
Soak this for min 1 hour at room temperature or overnight inside Refrigerator.
Into a serving glass, add a layer of pomegranate arils at the bottom.
Now transfer the overnight chia pudding into the serving galsss.
Top it with some pomegranate arils and kiwi. Serve right away.
