  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1/2 kiwi, slices or chopped

  • 1/2 pomegranate, arils


  • Into a bowl, add chia seeds, maple syrup, Vanilla extract followed by coconut milk.
  • Stir well untill everything combines evenly.
  • Soak this for min 1 hour at room temperature or overnight inside Refrigerator.
  • Into a serving glass, add a layer of pomegranate arils at the bottom.
  • Now transfer the overnight chia pudding into the serving galsss.
  • Top it with some pomegranate arils and kiwi. Serve right away.
