Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 cup chopped vegetable of your choice

  • I used 1 carrot, beans, peas

  • 1tspn black pepper powder

  • 1tspn salt

  • 1 tspn salt

  • 1 tspn everest shahi biryani masala

  • 1 tspn oil or ghee

Directions

  • 01

    In a pan add oil add chopped onion saute for while then add chopped vegetables in a low flame cook for a while then add salt and pepper then cover the lid and cook

  • 02

    Once vegetables are cooked add cooked rice and mix then add biryani masala give a mix

  • 03

    Sprinkle water if neede

  • 04

    Cook and cover for 2 minutes

  • 05

    And serve hot with pomeogranate seeds
