Ingredients
Serves 1
1 chopped onion
1 cup chopped vegetable of your choice
I used 1 carrot, beans, peas
1tspn black pepper powder
1tspn salt
1 tspn salt
1 tspn everest shahi biryani masala
1 tspn oil or ghee
Directions
In a pan add oil add chopped onion saute for while then add chopped vegetables in a low flame cook for a while then add salt and pepper then cover the lid and cook
Once vegetables are cooked add cooked rice and mix then add biryani masala give a mix
Sprinkle water if neede
Cook and cover for 2 minutes
And serve hot with pomeogranate seeds
