Ingredients

  • 1bowl 30 min soaked soya chunks


  • 4 preboild potatoes


  • 1tbs finally chopped green chilli


  • 2tbs finally chopped ginger


  • Half bowl green pea1tbs lemon juice


  • 1tsp black pepper powder


  • 1tsp turmeric powder


  • 1tbs red chili powder


  • 4tbs finally chopped coriander leaves


  • 3tbs finally chopped mint leaves


  • 5 tbs cooking oil for shallow fry


  • 5 tbs cooking oil


  • 1 1/2 salt ( as required)


  • 4tbs cornflour

Directions

  • Firstly take a soya chunks squeeze it excess water then blend it make a fine paste now keep it a side now take a potato peel and mashed it then in a bowl take all given ingredients( left cornflour and bread crumbs) now mix it properly combined together now in a other bowl take cornflour, as required water make a flowing consistency batter keep it a side now take a spoonful mixture make a chap shape then pour the cornflour mixture now lightly coat it bread crumbs then shallow fry it becomes golden brown colour
