Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 200gm - Paneer

  • 50gm - Noodles

  • 2tsp - Kashmiri Red Chili Powder

  • 1tsp - Ginger-Garlic Paste

  • 1tsp - Tomato Sauce

  • 1tbsp - Salt(as per taste)

  • 2tsp - Soya Sauce

  • 2-3tbsp - Corn Flour

  • 2cup - oil to fry(as per requirements)

  • 1/4cup - Water(as per requirements)

Directions

    Cut Paneer in big slice

    Now make batter of all ingredients.

  • 03

    Now dip paneer in this batter, and roll it into corn flour

  • 04

    For noodles, heat water in a pan, add 1tsp salt and oil. As water start boiling add noodles, and cook till soften it. Remove from water and cool down it.

    Now enfold these noodles on paneer.

    Heat oil in a pan, and fry these paneer.

  • 07

    Paneer noodles rolls are ready to serve. Serve it with yiur desired chutney.
