Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200gm - Paneer


  • 50gm - Noodles


  • 2tsp - Kashmiri Red Chili Powder


  • 1tsp - Ginger-Garlic Paste


  • 1tsp - Tomato Sauce


  • 1tbsp - Salt(as per taste)


  • 2tsp - Soya Sauce


  • 2-3tbsp - Corn Flour


  • 2cup - oil to fry(as per requirements)


  • 1/4cup - Water(as per requirements)

Directions

  • Cut Paneer in big slice
  • Now make batter of all ingredients.
  • Now dip paneer in this batter, and roll it into corn flour
  • For noodles, heat water in a pan, add 1tsp salt and oil. As water start boiling add noodles, and cook till soften it. Remove from water and cool down it.
  • Now enfold these noodles on paneer.
  • Heat oil in a pan, and fry these paneer.
  • Paneer noodles rolls are ready to serve. Serve it with yiur desired chutney.
