Tomato, Beetroot and Carrot Soup

  • 4 to 5 big red tomato

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 beetroot

  • 2 to 3 cup of water or as required

  • 1 tablespoon of salt or as per the taste

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar or as per the taste

  • 2 to 3 pinch of black pepper powder to be sprinkled on the top while serving in a bowl


  • First of all in a pressure cooker add tomatoes, chopped beetroot, chopped carrot,water, sugar and salt and let it cook on high heat until 3 to 4 vessel in the pressure cooker.
  • After that let the steam remove, open the cooker and blend the tomatoes, carrot and beetroot with blender or finely grind in the mixer,it would turn into liquid form.
  • Now add it in a pan and let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes on low flame.
  • Then switch off the heat and serve hot in a soup bowl and sprinkle black pepper powder.Its ready to eat. Very healthy.
  • IMPORTANT POINTS : 1) fresh spinach leaves can also be added (2)milk cream can also be added and served (3)If like more sweet can add little more sugar.
