Add water, butter, a pinch of salt and brown sugar in a pan and bring it to boil.
Now add all purpose flour and mix it continuously till forms a dough.
Switch off the flame and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time and mix it nicely.
Now take a piping bag with a star nozzle and fill it with the dough.
Take a muffin tray. Brush some oil in the back side of the tray.
With the help of the piping bag cover the cup by rotating around each cup
Keep it in fridge for 15 minutes.
Bake it for 15 minutes in 200c.
Take out the cups with the help of knife.
Keep it aside.
Now take a pan add milk. When it starts boiling add sugar, milk powder and condensed milk.
Mix it really well.
Now take 6tbsp of milk and 4 tbsp of custard powder mix it well.
Add it in the milk and continuously stir it.
Cook till its thick. let it cool for few minutes.
Take the churro cups fill it with custard and put it in refrigerator for few minutes or you can also eat it before.
