Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • All purpose flour 1 cup


  • Butter 50 grms


  • 1/2 cup water


  • Brown sugar 2tbsp


  • 3/4th cup sugar


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • Milk powder 2tbsp


  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup


  • Eggs 3

Directions

  • Add water, butter, a pinch of salt and brown sugar in a pan and bring it to boil.
  • Now add all purpose flour and mix it continuously till forms a dough.
  • Switch off the flame and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • Add eggs one at a time and mix it nicely.
  • Now take a piping bag with a star nozzle and fill it with the dough.
  • Take a muffin tray. Brush some oil in the back side of the tray.
  • With the help of the piping bag cover the cup by rotating around each cup
  • Keep it in fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Bake it for 15 minutes in 200c.
  • Take out the cups with the help of knife.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Now take a pan add milk. When it starts boiling add sugar, milk powder and condensed milk.
  • Mix it really well.
  • Now take 6tbsp of milk and 4 tbsp of custard powder mix it well.
  • Add it in the milk and continuously stir it.
  • Cook till its thick. let it cool for few minutes.
  • Take the churro cups fill it with custard and put it in refrigerator for few minutes or you can also eat it before.
