Ingredients
Serves 3
Ingredients for base: wholewheat flour 1 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tablespoon
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda 1 pinch
Salt 1 pinch
Topping ingredients: sliced onion 2 tablespoon
Julliened red, green, yellow bell pepper 2 tablespoon each
Pizza cheese 1/2 cup
Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Butter for greasing
Pizza sauce 2 tablespoon
Diced deseeded tomato 1 tablespoon
Directions
First take all dry ingredients of base and oil in a bowl . mix all nicely with hands.
Now add curd and knead it. Make a medium dough, Neither soft nor hard.
Now keep dough at hot place. Grease with oil and keep aside for an hour to rise.
After an hour , pinch dough and release all air of it.
Divide dough in 3 equal parts.
Roll 3 thick chapatis like pizza base and keep at hot place again for 30 minutes greased with oil.
After 30 minutes, take baking tray and grease with butter .
Keep pizza base on it. First Spread pizza sauce on base .
Now cover sauce with onions , tomato and chopped bell peppers.
Sprinkle pizza cheese on top with pinch of salt .
Bake it for 10 minutes at 180 degrees in preheated oven.
Soon cheese will melt and become golden. Base will also become crisp.
Now take pizza out and sprinkle chilly flakes with oregano.
Bake all pizzas in same way.
Now very delicious, no maida,no yeast pizzas are ready to serve.
