  • Noodels 1 cup

  • Gram flour 4 tbsp for binding

  • Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Onion chopped 1 medium size

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp or as needed

  • Fresh coriander leaves 2 string

  • Salt as needed 1 tbsp

  • Oil for shallow frying 2 tbsp

  • Grated Carrot 1 medium size

    First boil the noodels with a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp oil. once it is done. Keep aside.

    Take a large bowl. Add boiled noodels. Add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, grated carrot, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garlic and ginger paste, chopped green chilly, salt.

    Add gram flour, rice flour. There will be no lumps on it.

    Add little water. Mash the noodels with masher . Knead a smooth dough. once it is done. Keep aside

    From the dough mixer. Take a small size balls. Make into a cutlet shape.

    Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Shallow fry the cutlet batch wise.

    Fry till it become golden brown in colour. Once it is done.

    Transfer to a tissue paper. Remove all the excess oil

  • 09

    Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Ready to serve with...Hot.....Hakka noodels cutlet with tomato sauce
