  • Noodels 1 cup

  • Gram flour 4 tbsp for binding

  • Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Onion chopped 1 medium size

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp or as needed

  • Fresh coriander leaves 2 string

  • Salt as needed 1 tbsp

  • Oil for shallow frying 2 tbsp

  • Grated Carrot 1 medium size


  • First boil the noodels with a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp oil. once it is done. Keep aside.
  • Take a large bowl. Add boiled noodels. Add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, grated carrot, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garlic and ginger paste, chopped green chilly, salt. Mix....it
  • Add gram flour, rice flour. Mix...it. There will be no lumps on it.
  • Add little water. Mash the noodels with masher . Knead a smooth dough. once it is done. Keep aside
  • From the dough mixer. Take a small size balls. Make into a cutlet shape.
  • Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Shallow fry the cutlet batch wise.
  • Fry till it become golden brown in colour. Once it is done.
  • Transfer to a tissue paper. Remove all the excess oil
  • Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Ready to serve with...Hot.....Hakka noodels cutlet with tomato sauce
