AT first In a large bowl add semolina,yoghurt/curd and mix well rava and curd.
now add ½ cup of tomato peury and make a thick batter. U can add some water if required.
Now add salt and mix it well. keep it aside for 8,10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add baking soda. once baking soda is added, start preparing uttappa immediately
Now heat a dosa pan and pour a ladleful of uttappa batter and spread in a circular motion. maintain the thickness of uttappa and it should not be like thin dosa.
Now spread the toppings on top of the uttappa evenly. after the topping have been added press gently so the toppings are pressed into the batter.
add 1 tsp of oil around the uttappa.
Now cover and let it cook for 1-2 minutes in low flame.
Now flip over on the other side once the uttappa turns golden brown. cook it for 1 minutes in a low flame.
your instant tomato uttappam is ready to serve
