Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina/rawa . 1/2 cup curd 2-3 tbsp oil 2 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tomato (paste) 2 grated carrots(can add vegetables of your choice) 1 chopped green chilli 1 tsp ginger paste Salt to taste

Directions

  • AT first In a large bowl add semolina,yoghurt/curd and mix well rava and curd. now add ½ cup of tomato peury and make a thick batter. U can add some water if required. Now add salt and mix it well. keep it aside for 8,10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, add baking soda. once baking soda is added, start preparing uttappa immediately
  • Now heat a dosa pan and pour a ladleful of uttappa batter and spread in a circular motion. maintain the thickness of uttappa and it should not be like thin dosa.
  • Now spread the toppings on top of the uttappa evenly. after the topping have been added press gently so the toppings are pressed into the batter. add 1 tsp of oil around the uttappa. Now cover and let it cook for 1-2 minutes in low flame.     Now flip over on the other side once the uttappa turns golden brown. cook it for 1 minutes in a low flame. your instant tomato uttappam is ready to serve
