Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 tbsp Hung Curd


  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste


  • 1/2 tbsp Salt


  • 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala


  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder


  • 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala


  • 1 small pinch of Tandoori Colour


  • 2 brushes of Oil for basting


  • 1 Onion


  • 1 Capsicum


  • 1 Tomato


  • 300 gms of Paneer

Directions

  • Cut Onion into cubes.
  • Cut Capsicum into cubes.
  • Cut 🍅 Tomato into cubes.
  • Cut Paneer into one and a half inches cube.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl.
  • Now add the Paneer pieces capsicum, onion, tomato & mix well keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour for best results
  • Now Keep Tawa inside Microwave.
  • Select category & press start according to the models of your microwave or choose the grill option. (For best results choose CH1 in a charcoal oven)
  • Set your timings usually paneer tikka takes 15-20 minutes to grill
  • Now put all the paneer cubes, onion, tomato and capsicum into the Skewers one by one and brush some oil on top of that and press start.
  • After 8-10 mins brush some oil again on top of the paneer tikka.
  • After 15-20 mins stop the button to check if the paneer is grilled properly.
  • Now serve & garnish the Paneer tikka on a plate with some mayonnaise or green chutney.
  • Sprinkle some lemon & Chat masala on top of that.
  • Enjoy the meal.
