Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk 2 tsp Cornflour 4 tbsp sugar 2 tsp semiya 1 pinch vanilla essence powder(optional) 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

Directions

    Take milk in a pan and put the cornflour, sugar, cardmom powder, semiya crushed.

    On the flame and Let it boil for 5 mins and become thick.

    Keep aside to cool..add vanilla powder..pour in moulds and freeze overnight...

    Next day enjoy ur milk ice..it's very tasty and kids love it..bfr unmoulding the ice put them in warm water for few sec..

    Here i did a little twist to make it attractive...i added 1 tbsp rose syrup to the mixture and just swirled it (didnt mix).it gives a here and there pink colour..

    I have tasted Paal(milk) Ice during my vacation to kerala. where we get these from small cart vendors, they used ring a special bell stopping at each house which would alarm all kids to come out to buy milk ice..
