Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 boiled potatoes for sev

  • 1/3 cup rice flour

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1.5 cup oil for frying

  • 3 tbsp corn flour

  • 1/2 cup sliced onions

  • 1/2 cup carrot finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup capsicum strips

  • 1/2 cup beans cut lengthwise

  • 2 tbsp cabbage finely chopped

  • 4-5 garlic finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup

  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce

  • 2 tbsp schezwan sauce

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

    Mash the boiled potatoes, add rice flour and oil in it mix well make fine dough of it

  • 02

    Fill this dough in the sev making mashin,heat oil in the karai and fry sev like a nest one by one on medium flame to make it crispy

    Now heat oil in a separate Pan add onions Saute for 1 minute then add other vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes

    Mix 1.5 cup of water in the cornflour and keep it aside

  • 05

    Now add ketchup,chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper schezwan sauce,and corn flour paste in the pan and stir well.

    Stir for 3 to 4 minutes and switch off the flame

  • 07

    Place the sev in the center and spread the hot choupsey over it.
