Ingredients
Serves 2
7-8 bread slice
5-6 Curry leaves
1 tsp jeera
3 green chillies
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Salt
1tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
3 tsp oil
2 medium sized onions finely chopped
Directions
Cut the bread slice in cubes and keep aside
In kadai, add oil
Once oil is hot add mustard, jeera, chillies, curry leaves
Add chopped onions and fry until it turns golden brown
Once onions are cooked add turmeric and chilli powder and salt to taste
Add sliced bread and mix well till all masala gets equally distributed
For serving Garnish with coriander and grated coconut
