Grease the baking tray and lined with butter paper
Arrange all the ingredients required
Make palak puree,grate paneer and and add powder sugar,chopped nuts and one spoon malai and mix it nicely
Mix curd and sugar till sugar dissolves.Add baking powder and baking soda and mix it
Add flour and palak puree and mix it
Pour this mixture on the baking tray and bake it at 160°for 20 min
When baked take out the tray and transfer the cake on another butter paper
Roll the cake along with butter paper and let it rest for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes open the roll and spread the paneer mixture evenly over it
Now once again roll it with help of butter paper,wrap it and keep it in fridge for an hour to set
Take it out from the fridge and cut it in slices
