Ingredients

  • 1cup Wheatflour


  • 1/2tsp salt


  • 1tbsp oil


  • 2boild potato


  • 1/4tsp redchillipowder


  • 1/2tsp corriender powder


  • 1/2tsp chatmasala


  • 2tbsp chopped corrienderleaves


  • 1cup sev bhujia

Directions

  • Knead the dough with Wheatflour,salt,oil &water.Rest it 20 mints.
  • Mashed potatoes, add all masala mix well keep it aside
  • After 20 mints divide the dough into 2 parts.
  • Roll it 2 big roti.
  • Take one toti spread potato mixture,than sevbhujia. Spread little water side of the roti
  • Cover another roti ,& presse the side with the help of a fork.
  • Heat tava put the paratha,cook nicely on both side.C ook on low medium flame.
  • Add ghee &cook till its becomes golden brown.
  • Serve the aloo bhujia paratha with curd.
