1 cup boiled macaroni
As required Oil for deep frying
1 small potato,boiled,peeled and cut into half inch cubes
1 small onion chopped
1 small tomato chopped
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
To taste Salt
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp green chutney
1/2 tsp tamarind chutney
As required Yogurt
As required Sev for garnish
As required Pomegranate for garnish
Directions
First boil the pasta,then heat oil in kadai then deep fry pasta when it turns golden and crisp.
Transfer pasta into a bowl,add,boiled potatoes,tomato,onion, coriander leaves,chat masala,salt,green chutney and Tamarind chutney.mix well.
Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with sev, pomegranate,and dizzle yogurt..
