Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3/4 cup ragi flour.


  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour.


  • 1/2 cup butter/oil.


  • 1table spoon corn flour.


  • 1/2 cup thick curd.


  • 3/4 cup sugar powder.


  • 1/2 tea spoon soda bicarb.


  • 1/2 tea spoon baking powder.


  • 1tea spoon vanilla essence.


  • 1/4cup chopped almond.


  • 20 nos. resins.


  • 1/4 cup milk.


  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder.

Directions

  • Coat resins and almond into wheat flour ,keep aside.
  • Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl,exept sugar powder.Sieve and keep aside.
  • Mix sugar powder and butter,beat till frothy.
  • Add flour mixture to butter-sugar mixture little by little.fold gently .Do not over mix the batter.
  • Add beaten curd and vanilla essence to the batter.Mix gently.Add dry fruits.
  • Add a little milk to the batter to attain a dropping consistency.
  • Fill in the moulds.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 12 minutes.
  • Muffins are ready to serve.
