Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 3 katori poha

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped green red and yellow capsicum each

  • 1 chopped carrot

  • 1 tea spoon jeera powder

  • 1.5 tea spoon red chilli powder

  • 1 tea spoon amchur powder

  • 1 katori soaked peas

  • 1-2 green chill

  • 1 tea spoon salt

  • 1/2 tea spoon sugar

  • 1/4 katori chopped green coriander leaves

  • 5 table spoon oil for frying

  • 1 glass water

Directions

    Rinse poha and cover and keep for 10-15 minutes

  • 02

    Chop all veggie

  • 03

    Mix all chopped veggies and spices in poha

  • 04

    Make small balls or flat shape and fry in oil till golden brown

  • 05

    Poha bhajiya ready to serve with chutney
