Ingredients

  • 100 gms chicken keema

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onion

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp white oil

  • 2 cup all purpose flour or maida

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp salt

    Take all purpose flour, salt and oil in a mixing bowl. Mix it. Make a smooth dough. Dough shouldn’t be too soft or too hard. Keep it aside for 15 mins.

    Meanwhile prepare the chicken filling. For that take chicken keema. Now put chopped onion, chopped spring onion, black pepper powder, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and mix everything with chicken.

    Now devide the dough in two portions. In one portion put pinch of food color. and knead it one more time.

    From another portion of dough, take medium size ball and roll it like thin chapati with rolling pin. Cut 2 different sizes round shape pieces with 2 different sizes cookie cutter.

    Now make another ball from coloured dough. Again roll it thin chapati. Cut medium size round shape. Like this picture.

    Keep momo wrappers side by side and put the filling along the center line. now fold it and secure the filling from all the sides by pressing with up finger.

    Now roll it from one side and give the momo in a rose shape.

    Now grease the steamer with oil. Place momos in the steamer and keep it little distance. Now steam the momos for 15 mins on low medium flame. Put the lid on.

    After 15 mins, momos are done. Transfer it in plate. Serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
