  • Aata 1 cup


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Jawan 1 teaspoon


  • Ghee 2 teaspoon

Directions

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add methi and spices in it and mix well
  • Add water and knead a soft dough.
  • Make pronthi and heat a tawa
  • Place pronthi on it
  • Crisp on both sides
  • Add ghee on it
  • It's ready
