Firstly take a spenich clean and wash it properly now transfer the jar then add green chilli, ginger now blend it make a fine paste keep it a side now in a bowl take wheat flour, prepared paste, cumin, asofodiya, salt to taste, 2tbs oil mix it nicely then add some little water knead it make a stuff dough now rest for 10 min now heat the wok with oil now take a small portion of the dough make a ball shape now roll it puri shape now drop in hot oil on medium high flame now deep fry until crispy and golden brown colour now reduce the flame now you can enjoy this aalu tmater tari
