Rice Vermicelli  Stir fry

  • 1 bowl rice vermicelli

  • 1 chopped green capsicum

  • 2 medium size chopped onion

  • 1 chopped red bell pepper

  • 1 small bowl finally chopped cabbages

  • 1 thinly sliced carrots

  • 3 thinly sliced green chilli

  • 1 tbs grated ginger

  • 1 tbs white vinegar

  • 1tbs salt ( as pr taste)

  • 3 tbs cooking oil

  • 1and half glass water


  • Now heat the pan with water then add pinch of salt 1 tbs oil then bring to boil now add rice vermicelli now left it 5 to 7 min then rinse it cold water keep it a side now heat the frying pan take some oil then add green chilli and ginger stir it few minutes then add chopped onion satue it 5 min then add carrots ,bellpepper, cabbage stir and mix it properly cook for 5 min on medium flame now add vermicelli salt to taste, white vinegar mix it nicely now turn off the flame and serve it hot
  • Only boil to 5 to 7 min not over boiled
