Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan,fry rava for a minute in low flame.
Add milk gradually,stir it continuously till it form a dough.
Transfer the mixture in a plate ,let it cool down a bit.
Now knead the dough properly for 5-6 minutes.
Grease your hands, make small balls without cracks.
Heat oil in a pan ,fry it in low flame until become golden brown or as you desire.
Meanwhile in another vessel mix sugar, cardamoms and water boil it , and prepare thick sugar syrup.
Add fried hot gulab jamun in warm sugar syrup.
Serve hot healthy gulab jamun to kids.
