Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 Apple

  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • 4 sliced bread

  • 1 tbsp Ghee/Butter

  • 1 tsp chopped cashew

  • 1 tsp chopped Raisins

  • 4 tbsp Honey

Directions

    1St peel of the apple and cut into very small pieces.

  • 02

    Take a pan and add 1tsp ghee on it , once it's hot add chasew and raisins, stir it.

    Then add apple pieces and shallow fry.

  • 04

    Now after 1min add sugar and shallow fry again. May put a lid and fry it for 1min.

    After a min take out the apple in a separate plate.Let it cool.

    Now take bread slices and flatten it with the help of rolling pin.

    Now put some apple on flatten bread and roll it very carefully.

    Apply some ghee on roll and fry it on low flame on a tawa.

  • 09

    Now apple RollyPolly is ready . Serve with honey.
