Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups boild potato


  • 1 cups soak poha


  • 1/2 cups greated paneer


  • 1 tsp cuminseeds


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1/2 tsp redchillipowder


  • 1 tbsp maida for slurry


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/2 cups chopped coconut


  • 1/2 cups corriender &mint leaves


  • 5-6 nos garlic clove


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 cups breadcrumbs

Directions

  • Take a bowl add greated potato,soaked poha,paneer,salt,redchillipowder&chat masala to make a dough.Do not use water.
  • Take a grienderjar add coconut,mint&corriender leaves,garlic,greenchilli,lemonjuice&salt to make chutney.Do not use water.
  • Make a maida slurry.
  • Spread the breadcrumbs on a plate.
  • Than take a ball size from dough flste it on your palm.
  • Stuff it with green chutney.cover it &makes round shape.
  • Dip with maida slurry roll with breadcrumbs & deepfry.
  • Chutney bombs is ready to serve.Serve with tomato sauce.
