Boil potatoes till soft,peel and mash.Keep aside.
Blanch all the vegetables,drain and keep aside.
Heat 1table spoon butter in a pan,add chopped onion and fry till golden.Add chopped tomatoes.Stir.
Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,kashmiri chilli powder and salt.Add mashed rajma also.Add 1/2 cup water ,cover and cook on medium flame for 2-3minutes.
Stir well and add blanched vegetables.Mix.
Add pao bhaji masala.Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Stir vegetables ,add mashed potatoes and amchur powder.Mix well .
Add 2cups water,cover and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.Adjust consistency.Add chopped coriander leaves.
For pao:heat a tawa.Add butter and roast pao slices for 30 seconds on each side.
Serve with bhaji.
