  • 4 pieces of pao.

  • 1/2cup french beans.

  • 1/2 cup capsicum cubes.

  • 1/2 cup pointed gourd.

  • 1/2cup round gourd.

  • 1/2cup peas.

  • 1cup chopped onion.

  • 4 nos boiled potatoes.

  • 2-3 tomatoes.

  • 1tea spoon red chilli powder.

  • 1tea spoon turmeric powder.

  • 1table spoon kashmiri chilli powder

  • 1 table spoon kashmiri chilli powder.

  • 1tea spoon amchur powder.

  • 2-3 table spoon pao bhaji masala.

  • 4table spoon butter.

  • 1table spoon salt or as per taste.

  • 1 table spoon chopped coriander leaves.

  • 1/2 cup boiled and mashed rajma.


  • Boil potatoes till soft,peel and mash.Keep aside.
  • Blanch all the vegetables,drain and keep aside.
  • Heat 1table spoon butter in a pan,add chopped onion and fry till golden.Add chopped tomatoes.Stir.
  • Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,kashmiri chilli powder and salt.Add mashed rajma also.Add 1/2 cup water ,cover and cook on medium flame for 2-3minutes.
  • Stir well and add blanched vegetables.Mix.
  • Add pao bhaji masala.Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
  • Stir vegetables ,add mashed potatoes and amchur powder.Mix well .
  • Add 2cups water,cover and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.Adjust consistency.Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • For pao:heat a tawa.Add butter and roast pao slices for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Serve with bhaji.
