1 bowl Boiled and shreaded Chicken
2 boiled potatoes
1/4 garam masala powder
1 bowl vermicili or sevai
2 tbsp chopped green chilli
1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
1 tbsp butter
1 bowl oil for frying
2 tbsp coriander leaves for garnish
In a mixing bowl add Boiled and shreaded Chicken, Boiled potatoes, Red chilli flakes, green chilli, Salt, butter, garam masala powder and mix well.
shape the tikkis into round and make a small dent in the centre with ur thump to form the nest shape.
Now dip these in an egg and in broken vermicili at this point the tikkis should look like the nest.
Chill the bird nest for 15 mins.
Now heat oil in a kadai and Deep fry nest till golden brown and crispy.
For eggs take paneer grate it and shape into small eggs and Deep fry eggs for 30 seconds.
For the assembly take the bird nest add couple of leaves of coriander and place 2 small eggs over it.
Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney.
