Now in a bowl take milk and oil mix it now take a white flour, cinnamon pwd, baking soda, baking powder,cocoa pwd, sugar powder ( some sugar powder left it for dusting) now seive it now mix it properly make a flowing consistency batter now take a butter pepper then keep it cup cake mould now grease with little oil then pour the mixture now put on some tutti fruit then bake it in preheated microwaves at 200c for 15 min when let's cool completely then remove the mould keep it a plate and sprinkle for sugar powder now serve it
