ready-made Golgappe 10
Curd 1/2 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
Potato boiled 4
Oil 1/2 cup
Directions
Take a bowl. Add potatoes and spices in it and mix well.
Take a curd and beat it.
Add salt and red chilly powder and mix well.
Take a kadai. Add oil in it.
Fry Golgappe in it.
Now take Golgappe and fill potato filling.
Add curd in it.
It's ready.
