Potato 5
Salt 1 teaspoon
Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
Oil 1 cup
Besan 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup or as required
Jawan 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
Take a bowl.
Add besan, jawan and spices in it and mix well.
Add some water and mix well.
Add cut stripes patotoes and dip in mixture.
Take a kadai
Add oil in it.
Fry these potatoes until crispy brown.
Serve hot.
