  • Bread Crumbs 1 cup

  • Asafoetida 1 pinch

  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp

  • Green chilly2, ginger 1" and garlic 2 cloves paste

  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Raisins 6 chopped

  • Left over dalia upma 1 cup

  • Tamarind chutney 1 bowl

  • Oil for shallow frying 2 tbsp


  • In dalia upma add haldi 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green chilly, ginger and garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Mix...........................
  • 2 boiled potatoes and mashed......................
  • From cutlet mixture take a small balls and make in a cutlet shape
  • Stuffed Raisins and make in a cutlet shape
  • Cover the cutlet in a bread crumbs both the sides
  • Cutlet is ready for shallow frying
  • Brush the pan and shallow fry the cutlet till golden brown
  • Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful plate
  • Ready to serve hot.................. Dalia cutlet to your guest with Tomato Sauce
