Ingredients
Serves : 6
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilly2, ginger 1" and garlic 2 cloves paste
Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
Raisins 6 chopped
Left over dalia upma 1 cup
Tamarind chutney 1 bowl
Oil for shallow frying 2 tbsp
Directions
In dalia upma add haldi 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilly, ginger and garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves chopped
Mix...........................
2 boiled potatoes and mashed......................
From cutlet mixture take a small balls and make in a cutlet shape
Stuffed Raisins and make in a cutlet shape
Cover the cutlet in a bread crumbs both the sides
Cutlet is ready for shallow frying
Brush the pan and shallow fry the cutlet till golden brown
Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful plate
Ready to serve hot.................. Dalia cutlet to your guest with Tomato Sauce
