Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cup boiled Dalia


  • 3/4 cup milk


  • 1/2 cup corn, boiled


  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1-2 tbsp cheese


  • 2 tbsp coloured pepper, finely chopped

Directions

  • Melt butter in a pan and add onion till they turn pink in color.
  • Add corn and saute for a min.
  • Next add cooked Dalia, milk and stir it on low flame.
  • Now add cheese and season with salt & pepper.
  • Keep stirring till the mixture thickens to creamy texture.
  • Turn off the flame, add coloured pepper and mix well.
  • Lastly garnish with some bellpepper and coriander. Serve hot!
