  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 200 gms white chocolates, chopped

  • 120 ml condense milk

  • 1/4 cup paan/ betel leaves, finely chopped

  • 1/4 tsp pan flavour essence

  • 1/4 tsp green color or as needed

  • 1 tsp tuti fruti for garnishing


  • In a wok on low flame, add condensed milk, butter and chopped chocolates. Let chocolate melt completely. Keep stirring.
  • Once done turn off the flame, add chopped betel leaves, pan essence and green food colour. Scrape the sides of wok and keep mixing untill desired consistency is reached.
  • Line a pan with parchment paper leaving some hanging, so we can lift the fudge with the help of it.
  • Pour the mixture into pan, flatten using spatula and tap to level the fudge.
  • Sprinkle tuti fruti and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until completely cool.
  • Chop in desired shape and serve.
