Ingredients

  • 1cup maida


  • 1/4tsp salt


  • 1cup greated cabbage


  • 1greated cartot


  • 1"greated ginger


  • 1tsp chopped greenchilli


  • 1tsp blackpepper powder

Directions

  • To mix maida &salt ,add water to make a soft dough.
  • Take little oil on your palm &knead the dough.Rest it 15 mints.
  • Heat a pan add 2tbsp oil add greated ginger&greenchilli cook 1mints.
  • To mix the fried masala with Chopped veggies ,&2 tbsp corrienderleaves mix well.
  • Add blackpepper powder mix wdll.
  • Again knead the dough &makes small balls.
  • Take one ball dip with maida &roll itas 2 1/2to 3 cm .Stuff the veggies masala &shape it on your liking design.
  • Add 2 cup water on a pan.
  • Greased a strainer put the momo &steam it 10 mints.
  • Vegetables momo is ready to serve with tomatoes chutney.
