Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 potatoes Boiled and peeled


  • 1 tbsp Salt


  • 2 tbsp green chilli finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes


  • 1/4 tbsp garam masala powder


  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves


  • 1 bowl oil for frying

Directions

  • Grate Boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  • Add chopped green chilli, Salt, Red chilli flakes, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions take the portions and shape them into tikkis.
  • Dip fry the tikkis into the hot oil till golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
