Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • Rice 3 cups


  • Urad dal 1 cup


  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp


  • Spinach 1 bunch chopped


  • Onion 2 chopped


  • Tomatos 2 chopped


  • Green chillis 6 chopped


  • Pepper powder 1 tsp


  • Cumin 2 tsp


  • water 2 liters


  • Cooking oil 100 ml.


  • Cheese 100 grams


  • Salt 2 tsp

Directions

  • Wash and soak rice along with fenugreek seeds in water for 6hours atleast.
  • Wash and soak urad dal seperately for 6 hours,.
  • Drain the excess water from rice and urad dal, with fresh water grinde both soaked ingredients to paste and mix them in a container.
  • Allow them to ferment for 5hours atleast. Once fermentation done, add salt and mix well.Add spinach to batter and grinde to paste.
  • Add cumin seeds, chopped green chillis, onions and tomatos little -mix well.
  • Heat the pan greese oil, put dosa batter and spread round, sprinkle chopped, tomato, onions, chopped spinach and roast on sime fire till it is cooked properly.
  • Greate cheese over it, sprinkle pepper powder.
  • Transe to serving plate, serve along with ketchup.
