Ingredients

Serves 12

  • Rice 3 cups

  • Urad dal 1 cup

  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp

  • Spinach 1 bunch chopped

  • Onion 2 chopped

  • Tomatos 2 chopped

  • Green chillis 6 chopped

  • Pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Cumin 2 tsp

  • water 2 liters

  • Cooking oil 100 ml.

  • Cheese 100 grams

  • Salt 2 tsp

Directions

    Wash and soak rice along with fenugreek seeds in water for 6hours atleast.

    Wash and soak urad dal seperately for 6 hours,.

    Drain the excess water from rice and urad dal, with fresh water grinde both soaked ingredients to paste and mix them in a container.

    Allow them to ferment for 5hours atleast. Once fermentation done, add salt and mix well.Add spinach to batter and grinde to paste.

    Add cumin seeds, chopped green chillis, onions and tomatos little -mix well.

    Heat the pan greese oil, put dosa batter and spread round, sprinkle chopped, tomato, onions, chopped spinach and roast on sime fire till it is cooked properly.

    Greate cheese over it, sprinkle pepper powder.

  • 08

    Transe to serving plate, serve along with ketchup.
