Ingredients

Serves 26

  • 35 gm butter (or Ghee)

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

  • 1 medium size onion chopped

  • 3 tbsp refined Flour (maida)

  • 1 Cup (200 ml) milk 1/2 Cup(100ml)

  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 Boiled corn kernels (180-200 gm)

  • 3 medium size bunches of spinach

  • 100 gm cheese

  • 1 tbsp red chilli flakes

  • 1tsp oregano

  • 12-13 white or brown bread slices to serve with- tomato ketchup

Directions

    Heat 35 gm butter in a pan on low to medium flame.Add chopped garlic and chopped onion and Saute till onion becomes transparent

    Add 3 tbsp refined Flour and Roast for 2 mins on low flame.(If u want u can skip onion,garlic).Add 200 ml milk and mix well.Add 1 tsp Black pepper powder and salt.Mix well and stirr till the mixture becomes thick.

    Add 1 big Boiled corn kernels and 3 bunches (300-320 gm) chopped spinach.Mix well.Now add 1/2 Cup milk and 100 gm grated cheese.Keep stirring till cheese melts..Creamy cheese topping is ready.off the gas flame.

    To the mixture add 1 tbsp red chilli flakes and 1 tsp oregano.Mix well.

    Take bread slice and spread cheese topping on it.grate cheese on top.cut each bread into 2 triangles.So from this amount of topping We can make 13 breads that is 26 bread pizzas.

    Grease hot nonstick pan with butter.place 3 bread pizzas on it at a time .cover and cook on low flame. for 1 min.

    Open the lid,Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on it,cover and cook till cheese melts.

    Wow!! Delicious Spinach corn bread puzzas are ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
