  • Wheat flour 1 cup

  • Grated Yellow Pumpkin 1 cup

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp

  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • Ajwain 1 tsp

  • Green chilly 2, ginger 1", and garlic cloves 2 make a paste


  • Cut the pumpkin into big size and wash it properly.
  • Grate the pumpkin. .Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in kadai. Add cumin seeds. Let it crackle.
  • Add gated pumpkin. Saute it for few minutes.
  • Add all the dry ingredients. Fry till the raw smell of masala gies off.
  • Add green chilly, garlic and ginger paste. Saute it for 3 minutes. Sprinkle water and cook for 5 minutes or till the water evaporates. Once it is done. Keep aside.
  • Knead a smooth dough. From the dough take a small equal size balls. Take 1 portion ball and roll with a rolling pin.
  • Make a medium size roti. Like this we have to make two more roti's. Keep aside.
  • Heat tawa. Place the roti gently on the tawa and roast it from both the sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate. Repeat the same procedure. Keep all the roti's on plate.
  • In the tawa. Keep one roti. Spread evenly the curry on the roti. Over that keep another roti. Spread the curry mixture, tomato sauce and red chilly sauce. Over that keep another roti. Roast it both the sides. By greasing the oil.
  • once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Cut the paratha into pizza shape. Garnish withspring onion. Now it is Ready to serve
