Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Moong (Yellow) Dal 250g (Soaked) Hot Dog Bun 1pkt

  • Potato 2 big (boiled)

  • Corn 2-3 tsp

  • Green pea 2-3 tsp

  • Paneer 2-3 tsp

  • Chopped Carrot 1/2

  • Zeera 1/2 tsp

  • Hing 1/8 tsp

  • Chopped onion 1

  • Haldi 1/4 tsp

  • Fennel 1/4 tsp

  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander 3 tsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Oil 2tsp 2 cup for frying

    Mash boiled potatoes

    Grind soaked dal

  • 03

    Add 1 tsp salt and 1tsp chopped coriander

  • 04

    Heat 2 tsp oil.. Add zeera and hing let wait for a few seconds

    Add chopped onions... Stir and cook for a minute

  • 06

    Add all masala... Mix well

  • 07

    Add all vegetables... Mix well.. Cover it and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame

    Add chopped coriander and mix well

    Cut Hot Dog bun from centre (lengthwise)

    Fill potato masala

    Cut in two pieces from centre

    Heat 2 cup oil in a kadahi on high flame

  • 13

    Coat Hot Dog piece in grind dal and fry in oil one by one on medium flame till golden color

  • 14

    Serve hot with sauce/chatani
