Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • *Instant Mawa*** 1 tbsp butter 4 tbsp milk powder 1 tbsp sugar(adjust according to taste) 1 tbsp rose syrup 2 tbsp milk **french toast*** 2 eggs 1 cup milk 3 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp cardamom pdr Pinch kesar 1/2 cup coconut grated Butter to toast

Directions

  • Take butter in a pan and add the milk per and mix well.
  • Add in the rose syrup and mix well and add the milk and mix well.
  • Mix well continuously till it dries. The consistency ahle be as per your preference.(I kept it little dry to pack in tiffin box)
  • Take egg in a bowl beat it properly and add in milk, sugar, cardamom pdr and kesar and mix well
  • Cut bread into bite size pieces(or as per ur preference)
  • Dip the bread pieces in the egg milk mix 
  • coat in the grated coconut.
  • Take a pan and apply butter and cook the French toast on low flame, on both sides.
  • When cooked take out and apply mawa on 1 side and top with other bread slice and sandwich it.
  • Enjoy this shahi french toast. Kids gonna love it.
