Ingredients

  • fish keema 1cup

  • Salt 1 tbs

  • Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbs

  • Garom masala 1 tbs

  • Chat masala 1 tbs

  • Amchur masala 1 tbs

  • Green chille paste 1tbs

  • Raisin 2 tbs

  • Bay leaves 2

  • Coriander powder 1 tbs

  • Rava 1 cup

  • Oil 1 cup

    Take a pan add oil

  • 02

    Head oil add fish keema and ingredients except rava.

    Stir it well.

    After 20 minutes remove it

    Take a bowl add egg make a matter.

    Make shape fish keema as you desire.

    Dunk into egg batter. Keep that rava, cover it well.

    Keep it fridze 30 minutes.

    Head oil deeply fried fish cutlet
