Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 medium potatoes Boiled, peeled and greated.

  • 2tbsp shezwan sauce

  • 1/4 Cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp crushed Black papercorns

  • 2green chilli finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes

  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves

  • 1tbsp Salt

  • 3 tbsp cornflour slurry

  • 1 Cup dried breadcrumbs

  • 1cup oil for frying

Directions

    Mix together Boiled potatoes, green chilli, black pepper corns, redchilli flakes, Salt, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise and shezwan sauce in a bowl.

    Divide the prepared mixture into equal portions.

  • 03

    Dip in cornflour slurry and coat in breadcrumbs roll lightly.

  • 04

    Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and Deep fry nuggets till golden brown and crispy.

  • 05

    Serve hot with any Dip of your choice.
